Here are pictures right before we headed into the Deer Ridge Correctional Institution in Madras to launch the Gentle Lion class on November 19th. It was a powerful time together with the inmates, where we introduced ourselves, then Jacob led worship, Lamont shared his story, we broke up into smaller groups to talk and get to know each other’s story, then Scott closed with some final thoughts of encouragement and prayer. Lamont and the team will continue going back each week throughout the next 6 weeks of Manhood 33. Thanks for your prayers, as we work to break the systemic issues in our culture and equip these men who are hungry with the right answers and good tools to be better fathers, husbands and leaders in our community.
